About me

I am a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. I hold dual professional degrees of Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. I am an all-India rank holder in CA. I have nearly 15 years of experience as a practicing CA in areas of Audit, Taxation & Equity Research. I have worked with Big4 firms like PwC and EY.

In my equity research services, I have been guiding clients from India and other countries like the USA, UK, Singapore, UAE, etc. I have also been guiding companies for fund raising and preparing for IPOs.
In my personal investing journey, I have been a long-term value investor, focusing more on small and mid-cap compaines. I believe in on-ground research, and I often do plant visits and meet management face-to-face. I am also actively participating in fund raises in the form of preferential issues, rights issues, etc.
When it comes to my social media presence, I have created more than 300+ videos doing fundamental analysis of various companies. They are published on my YouTube channel that has 66000+ subscribers. I share my view on the markets daily on my Telegram channel, with 10000+ members reading my market commentary on a daily basis.
